The right vehicle makes a tour relaxed. That is why our fleet for tours on Mahé covers every group size and every level of comfort: from a compact car for two to a 35-seater bus for a large group. All our tours are private, so only you, your family or your group travel in the vehicle. Every car and bus has air conditioning, and pick up and drop off anywhere on Mahé are always included.

5-seater car
Our compact car with 4 doors and air conditioning is the classic choice for a single traveller, a couple or a couple with small luggage. It takes a maximum of 4 guests, which also makes it perfect for parents with one child. It is easy to park at beaches and viewpoints, and it handles the narrow mountain roads of Mahé with ease.
7-seater van
New in our fleet: air conditioned 7-seater vans for 2 to 6 guests. They are our new standard for families and small groups, and ideal for pick up at the airport or the ferry with luggage. Comfortable, easy to handle on the mountain roads of Mahé and with plenty of room for suitcases.
9-seater bus
Our 9-seater bus with 4 doors and air conditioning seats up to 8 guests. It is ideal for small groups, for parents with up to four children and for airport or ferry pickups with luggage. For bookings of 7–8 people the bus is included. For smaller groups the 9-seater can be booked as an upgrade at a surcharge, if you like it really comfortable.
20-seater bus
For medium sized groups of up to 16 guests we use our 20-seater bus with 2 doors and air conditioning. For medium groups, 2 tour guides and an extra driver come along, so everyone gets the full attention of a guide. There is plenty of room for luggage from the airport or the ferry. For bookings of 9–16 people there is no extra charge. For 4–8 people, or if you travel with a lot of luggage, the bus is available as a comfort upgrade.
35-seater bus
Our largest vehicle is the 35-seater bus with 2 doors and air conditioning for up to 30 guests. For bigger groups, 2–3 tour guides and an extra driver accompany you. The bus offers generous extra space, so even a whole group with luggage travels relaxed from the airport or the ferry. For bookings of 18–30 people there is no extra charge. For 2–16 people, or with a lot of luggage, you can book it as an upgrade for maximum comfort.
Which vehicle is right for you?
When you book a tour, we automatically plan the vehicle that fits your group size. You only need to think about an upgrade if you want more space than necessary, for example for a couple with large suitcases on the Airport Tour, or for a family who would like to stretch out on a full day Mahé Island Tour. For larger groups, just tell us how many people you are and we plan the guides and vehicles for you.

Island Tour Seychelles is a family business on Mahé, founded by Sheena in 2020. Our guides speak English and French, and Sheena also speaks a bit of German. Together we know every corner of the island. Whether you start at your hotel, at the Cat Cocos ferry, the cruise port or the airport, we pick you up free of charge and bring you back to any place on Mahé after the tour.
