Are all tours private?
Yes. Only you and your partner, family or group take part. We adapt the day to your wishes and your pace.
Where do you pick us up?
Anywhere on Mahé: hotel, guesthouse, airport, Victoria port, cruise terminal or any address. Pick up and drop off are included.
How do I pay?
You pay the tour online when booking by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Lunch, drinks and entrance fees are optional and paid on site. Would you like more time? You can add extra hours when you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour and you get a full refund. You can cancel online with the link in your confirmation e-mail.
What happens if it rains?
Tropical showers usually pass quickly. If the weather is really bad, we move your tour to another day or refund it.
Are children welcome?
Yes, on most tours. With two paying adults, one child up to 12 years travels free. Child seats are available on request.
In which languages are the tours?
In English and French. Sheena also speaks a bit of German. Please choose your language when booking.
Do you only offer tours on Mahé?
Yes, all our tours take place on Mahé, the island we know best. We are happy to give you tips for Praslin and La Digue.
